HOUSE RULES
Provence Présház must be left in the same condition as it was on arrival - neat and undamaged.
The Provence Présház is at your disposal from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, until 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. We provide independent access (key safe), about which you will receive detailed information by e-mail. Upon arrival, we provide personal presence upon request (arranged in advance, no later than 24 hours before arrival).
Provence Présház is an adult-friendly accommodation that can be used by 2+2 people, and we can check this at any time without prior notice.
The Provence Présház is handed over freshly cleaned and tidy, so we ask that you take care of order and keep it clean during your stay. In case of a longer stay, we provide a weekly change of bed linen and towels, as well as cleaning.
Please place muddy, wet shoes on the shoe rack provided for this purpose.
Do not take indoor furniture and household items outside. Please use the furnishings as intended.
Please note that the settlement is quiet, so do not make noise after 10:00 p.m.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept pets at the accommodation.
We provide unlimited Wi-Fi access, the access code of which can be found in the file in the living room.
We also provide our own Netflix access.
Smoking and open flames are strictly prohibited. IQOS and electronic cigarettes are also not allowed indoors. Please also use the ashtray when smoking outside, and do not throw away cigarette butts.
The use of the jacuzzi in the wine cellar is only possible if the necessary rules are followed, and it can only be used at your own risk. You can find the instructions for using the jacuzzi in the file in the living room! Please take a shower before using the jacuzzi. It is strictly forbidden to eat, smoke or jump in the jacuzzi. You are obliged to report any damage to the jacuzzi immediately to the accommodation provider and reimburse the costs. In case of water pollution caused by your own fault, it is necessary to change the water in the jacuzzi, for which a one-time fee of HUF 20,000 is required. Please cover the jacuzzi at night if you are not using it.
You can only use the infrared sauna at your own risk. You can find the instructions for using the infrared sauna in the file in the living room! Food and drink are not allowed in the sauna. It is forbidden to enter the sauna in slippers or other footwear. Please take a shower before using the sauna. The use of a sauna sheet is mandatory. It is forbidden to bring any liquid, chemical substance or sauna oil into the sauna and splash it around the sauna.
You can only use the massage chair at your own risk. You can find the instructions for using the massage chair in the file in the living room!
It is FORBIDDEN to throw sanitary waste (sanitary pads, tampons, etc.), toilet paper rolls, wet wipes (even if they are water-soluble according to the description) into the toilet!!! Please put this kind of waste in the trash can in the toilet.
The guest house has a well-equipped kitchen, where simpler meals can be prepared. Do not put metal objects into the microwave oven.
The exterior area of the property is equipped with a security camera solely for property and accident protection reasons. By entering the property, you consent to being recorded. The recordings are stored in the electronic system for 1 month, after which they are automatically deleted.
You can park on the street, in the parking lot next to the accommodation.
We cannot take responsibility for valuables brought into the Provence Présház.
If you notice a malfunction, please let us know so that we can fix it as soon as possible.
From improper use of the accommodation or violation of the house rules
Guests are financially responsible for damages caused.
We are unable to take responsibility and pay compensation for damages and inconveniences caused by events that are not our fault (e.g. natural disasters, hail, fire, power outages, lack of water, injuries in the parking lot, etc.)
You use the guest house and its services during your entire stay at your own risk.
In the event of a fire, immediately call the emergency number 112 or the fire department at 105, and then notify us as well.
Close the house when you leave and for the night.
